There may be slight variations between our products and the displayed photographs on our website. These variations include accuracy of color due to computer settings, variations in some stones due to the fact that they are handcrafted.

Return Policy
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product (see exceptions below) purchased from Genesis 3:15 Creations, contact us for a return authorization and return address within 30 days from receipt of item. You will be credited for the full purchase price less shipping and handling. Returns without authorization are may be refused or incur an additional restocking fee.
Custom made-to-order items are a final sale and not returnable.
Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging for a refund. All CD's and brochures must be returned to receive your full credit. Genesis 3:15 Creations will not accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn or damaged in any way.
When returning an item, please include the return authorization number, the original order number, name, address, telephone number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We recommend that you insure returned items for their total cost. Genesis 3:15 Creations cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the mail. If damaged, a refund will not be issued; the shipper will refund your money. Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
If you refuse delivery of your item without notifying us, your refund will be subject to shipping costs incurred to ship the item to you as well as the cost to have the item come back to us .
Damages
Shipping damage rarely occurs but if you do see damage of your product you must report it right away, within 24-48 hours of receiving your item.
Warranty
Jewelry purchased from Genesis 3:15 Creations is warranted for 1 full year from purchase against any manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry item breaks or fails within a one year period, Genesis 3:15 Creations, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear and abuse are not covered in this warranty. A shipping and handling fee will be charged to the customer.
To return any jewelry item, contact us for a return authorization number. When returning an item, please include the return authorization number, the original order number, name, address, telephone number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
International Orders
At the present time, international orders will be handled in the following manner. If you are located outside of the United States, send an email to sales@genesis315creations.com with your desired items, method of shipment and your location. We will send a quotation which includes shipping and handling charges. All international orders must be paid by money order. Orders will ship when payment is received.
